Our Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed under below conditions.

You can initiate cancellation for lunch / dinner on the previous day before 9:00 pm and we will refund you the entire amount paid to us.

You can also postpone your subscription by mailing us to support@saladaa.com for WhatsApp to +917200659000


Since our food is pre-ordered, we don’t entertain last minute cancellations and refunds. Once the food is prepared, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Please note that we won’t be refunding for the below reasons:

  • Premises Locked / Recipient not available at the given address (Not picking calls even after reaching the location).
  • Entry Restricted at Office (Not picking calls). Information to be given at Security / Reception.

If we couldn’t deliver foods due to any natural calamities / floods / Heavy Rains / Local or National Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and the same will be communicated through Email / SMS.
