Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:
1. Cancellation for lunch/dinner must be initiated before 8:00 pm the previous day, and we will refund the full amount paid.
2. Subscriptions can be postponed by contacting us via WhatsApp at +917200659000.
Please note that due to the pre-ordered nature of our food, we do not accept last-minute cancellations or refunds once the food preparation process has commenced. However, you have the option to donate your food to someone within our service area in case of sudden travel or emergencies, provided you inform us in advance.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
– Premises locked or recipient unavailable at the given address, even after attempts to contact.
– Entry restricted at the office without prior notification to security or reception.
In the event of natural calamities, floods, heavy rains, or local/national bandhs preventing food delivery, we reserve the right to reschedule delivery for another date. Notification of any rescheduled deliveries will be communicated via email or WhatsApp.
