Refunds will be processed under below conditions.

You can initiate cancellation for lunch / dinner on the previous day before 9:00 pm and we will refund you the entire amount paid to us.

You can also postpone your subscription by mailing us to support@saladaa.com for WhatsApp to +917200659000

Since our food is pre-ordered, we don’t entertain last minute cancellations and refunds. Once the food preparation process is started, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can also donate your food to any person within our service area in case of sudden travel / emergency by prior intimation to us.

Please note that we won’t be refunding for the below reasons:

Premises Locked / Recipient not available at the given address (Not picking calls even after reaching the location).

Entry Restricted at Office (Not picking calls). Information to be given at Security / Reception.

If we couldn’t deliver foods due to any natural calamities / floods / Heavy Rains / Local or National Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date and the same will be communicated through Email / SMS.
