The list of questions are as follows.

A: Of course. You can place order for 1 day flexi pack.

A: Subscriptions are based on the kind of requirements a customer has. It can be a five or six-day subscription. This is also applicable for week / month including Saturdays. You can avail our services in home or office within our service area.

A: Orders are taken anytime during the day. However we take only pre-orders for next day delivery with a cut off time of 08:00 PM.

A: Yes. But make sure you do it as soon as you place the order or cancel the food for next day. We will refund you the entire amount paid to us. However we don’t have a option to cancel the food for the same day.

A: Yes, you can. Just mail to us at  support@saladaa.com about the changes you want to make in your order and we will deliver what you requested for.

A: Yes. If you are not available and would like to skip that day’s delivery from us please mail to us at support@saladaa.com or WhatsApp to 7200659000

A: Between 10.30 AM and 1.30 PM, we will deliver your lunch. Dinner will reach you between 4.30 PM and 7.30 PM.

A: You can pay online using your Debit card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, Google Pay and any other form of payments. The option to pay cash on delivery is available but pay using card is not viable right now but we will provide you with these options shortly.

A: It is 100% safe. We take every possible precaution to keep your card details private, safe, and confidential. The use of 256-bit SSL encryption makes sure that your Debit or Credit card remains safe and secure.
A: E-mails and messages are sent from our website to the registered phone numbers or E-mail ids of our customers.
A: Know about the availability of our services by checking it on the Serviceable areas. If we don’t cover your area yet then feel free to drop us a mail at support@saladaa.com
A: Anywhere that lies in our serviceable area. It can be your residence, institution, or office.
A: We deliver foods for six days in a week but not on Sundays. Our services are not available on any Festival or National Holidays. We have provided our customers with a list of holidays on which we are closed. Kindly check the list for details.
